To access certain features, you must log in using your BenEgeDeniz ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to process images. Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside of the Service.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Pixon a temporary license to process and modify the images as requested. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content. You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pixon makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of the AI-generated results. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pixon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
